What is the shipping time?

Shipping time depends on shipping type that was selected at checkout. All handbags are shipped via USPS first class package, Priority mail, or Express. 

At this time international shipping is currently unavailable, except for Canada, please see shipping rates at checkout. 

**Please note, J. Christine is not responsible for lost packages. Lost packages will not be refunded.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the zip code entered at check out, for delivery. These rates are calculated by USPS. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of our handcrafted pieces, orders cannot be cancelled, once purchased. 

 

What is return policy?

Due to the nature of our handcrafted pieces, orders cannot be returned. However, we will happily repair or replace your item, should any issue arise, upon arrival of your J. Christine item. Customers will have 3 calendar days to report any issue by emailing info@j-christine.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

**Please remember, J. Christine Handbags are not massed produced. Each item is hand-cut and stitched, in house. Due to each item being handcrafted, there may subtle inconsistencies. This makes each piece one of a kind.
